Well its the last Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesday of 2010 If you wonder why I have uploaded photos of my desk and drawer pop over to Julia Blog Stamping Ground and have a nose around the world at what our fellow crafter have been up to! I had a great trip around last week and managed to visit everyone. Sorry for the photos this week its nearly 10.00am here and its still dark, grey and murky. On my desk this week is the start of some wedding invitations A friend at work is getting married next year and after I gave her one of my homemade Christmas cards she asked if I could do her wedding invitations. She has an idea that she has described to me that I have done and I am also doing a couple of other options for her so she can choose which one she wants. In the photo above you can see one of the pull out shelves that makes my desk bigger when I need to spread out more - there is one either side The drawer this week is the second one down on the right and it hold all the bits I need t...

I thought as I don't have a card to share today I would join in the Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesday I am quite a OCD crafter I like everything organised and in its place! My workspace 1930's desk that is in a corner of our living room. The desk was used by a friend when he worked in our local council offices. When he passed away he left to my family in the 1990's It had been used for many years by my mum but when she moved to a bungalow she didn't have anywhere to put it, so it ended up in the loft. I had always liked it so a few years ago mum suggested it would make a good craft desk. Its a perfect craft desk it has lots of drawers of all sizes and roll top to hid all my crafting away when I am not there. The sheet has some digi images printed on it waiting to be coloured. The sheet on the left is my pro marker chart and on the right is my list of challenges I like to enter. On the top of my desk is a tin of mingles - every crafter needs chocolate to keep t...
