WOYWW - Candles and Boxes

Well I said I was making candles for my boss to sell for the MS charity, this is my desk after I have finished putting the boxes together and am just about to put a candle in each box
Oh at the end is a experimental Christmas card - quite pleased with how it turned out
The boxes I made for the candles where designed on MTC software and then cut out on my ecraft
Now to see more interesting desks go to Julia Stamping Ground HERE link a picture of your space, grab a cup of your favourite drink and have a good nose around the world at what everyone has been up to.

have a great week and happy thanks giving to all those over the pond

Happy 30 Birthday

This card was designed in my Serif software, I had fun playing around and learning how to move shapes etc. I imported the Bugaboo digi image and once the card was printed onto smooth white card I then used my promarkers to colour the image.

The sentiment inside says - you are not over the hill at 30 you are just reaching your peak!

WOYWW - its that time again

It Wednesday so that means it Whats On Your Workdesk Wednesday - hosted by the Julia
This photo was taken Tuesday evening as I am working late on Wednesday.  I have a few projects on the go here there are some finished cards on the top of my desk and I am in process of decorating some candles.  On my desk as well is a new dock for my iphone so it can charge while I listen to music or look at my list challenge I like to do - that I am now keeping on it, so it with me all the time for inspiration.
To look at lots of desks visit Julia's
and have a good nosey .

Last week I had no crafting happening so showed a picture of my desk closed so I thought I would show it how I leave it each night after I have finished crafting - with everything tidy and put away in the drawers ready for work another time. So I am afraid it was not hiding any mess, nor do I do the push and pile techinque favoured by so many crafters. lol
I did warn you I was a tidy crafter
Have a great week

WOYWW - Late Again

Its Wednesday so its time to share our workdesk with the Queen of Desks Julia
If you want to join in the fun click

Firstly an apology some lovely bloggers visited me last week and I never found the time to return the visit, its been on of those weeks that even though I had two days off, I spent it running the kids around and working on my other 'desk' in the garage as I needed to do some work on my Morris Minor and on our modern car.

The cards on my week desk where all made on Sunday afternoon when I found some time to craft. My desk will properly sit idle until Friday when I hope to make some decorative candles for my friend to sell to raise money for the MS charity.

I will visit as many as I can and again sorry not visiting last week

Have a great week

Snowflake

This card uses a pre-coloured image from Charmed Crafts - I added a snowflake onto her nose.  The papers all come from a DCWV winter pad and the little label was free with a magazine.  The circles where cut using my big shot and circle spellbinder dies.  I did not have the same colour card for the circle so I cut out in waste paper and coloured it with my promarkers.
