This card uses a brilliant digi image from Kenny K's , I have coloured them with my pro markers and flex markers. The card I have used as a base is a two tone card so I folded the corner and placed a pearl on to show the different colour. The blue strip at the back of the image is glittered and was in my stash drawer and was the yellow polka dot card.  The sentiment was done using word and then mounted on to plain blue card the same as the image. I finished the card with a metal clip that has the word 'together' embossed on it and some small pearls.  This card is a wedding acceptance to my sister wedding and inside it says '...and we will love to join you on your special day.' This card uses a digi image from Mo's Digital Pencil I have coloured him using my promarkers The stripped paper at the top is a left over from a Kanban set The two sort of polka dot papers came with a Do Craft goodie bag Buttons were in my stash  The edges of the image and the sentiment have been inked with Brilliance blue ink The mats have also been distressed with my thread cutter! This card was a very simple make The picture was from a left over of a Kanban sheet The swirls is made using my Quickutz letter press with Red Pearlized ink on it and then ran through my big shot I then cut the corners of my white card with my friskars corner scissors Finally it was matted onto red card This card is for the the following challenge Speedy the Cat - Happy Anniversary Thanks for looking x Nicky x

This card looks so simple and I have struggles so much with it! It uses the resist embossing technique I have not done this before and it is totally out of my comfort zone A few pieces went straight into the bin I used Papermania stamps build a cake Stamped it with Versamark Then used clear embossing power heated it until clear To colour it I used a waterbrush and one of my ink pads Brushed of any excess with a tissue The sentiment is a embossing folder from papermania I think it turned out ok but not one of my favourites This card is for the following challenge Speedy Cat - Embossing Resist Technique Thanks for looking x Nicky x

 This card uses a stamp by Little Suzy's Zoo called Witzy I have had since I started making cards I love this little duck and have a few stamps with him on I have stamped him twice and coloured him with promarkers I then used my circle nestabilities to cut out the whole image Then a smaller one just to cut out his face which I coloured in a slightly bolder shade I also cut a circle out the front of the card so the image is stuck on the inside The paper down the side is from a procraft paper pad I then used a piece of ribbon down the centre Finished of with a little dotty bow (my daughter got me a pack for mothers day) Then to finish I used three dotty yellow buttons This techique is a new one to me and I'm not sure if I have done it right But the challenge on speedy the cat was to 'Spotlight any Animal' I hope this counts? This is a first for me Normally I always print onto a piece of paper and then mount it onto the card On this card I used my new stamps from Speedy the Cat that I won   and stamped straight onto the card I coloured them using my promarkers I added the strip of spotty green paper and thats it I think its the hardest card I have made lol This is for the following challenges Speedy the Cat - Lime, Green, Grey, only upto one layer CAS Secret Crafter - Flowers for Mum thanks for looking x Nicky x

On my desk this week you can see a couple of card I have made and also lots of boxes holding bits These are for my friend wedding cards I have made the first batch and now have everything cut and ready for putting together I have just finished inking the hearts for the front Also on my desk are a set of new stamps that came from Speedy Cat Challenge Blog when I won some candy - they are lovely stamps and I cannot wait to play There are two images I have just finished colouring ready to go on some cards Having tried the other week to choose papers first and then colour I found that a really difficult way to work even if it is suppose to be done that way So I have gone back to my way of colour the image how I want and then find what I can to make it work! May not be the correct way but it works best for me lol So sorry not to have visited...

This card is for a special friend Tyna who is under going treatment for breast cancer. This card uses one of the cute House Mouse Stamps I have made this card for my mums friend who is retiring The green papers comes from my stash The yellow paper comes from the Papermania lemon sorbet pad I used some off cuts of the lemon sorbet paper to make the flowers Using my new Marianne Flower Die The background to the flower was cut from plain white card stock Off cuts of the green card were using to cut the leaves The leaves have been raised slightly by using 3d foam The Mouse was coloured using my promarkers Then cut out as was the sentiment with my oval nestabilities This card is for the following challenges Colour Create - Lemon/Green/White Speedy Cats - Self Made Flowers Thanks for Looking x Nicky x

This card uses an image drawn by Sliekje Digi Stamps I have coloured it using my promarkers The cut it out and used my fiskars corner scissors to round the corner I then made a mat and rounded the corners in the same way The heart embossed paper is actually wall paper I picked up as a sample from the local DIY store The hearts have been in my stash for ages and are simply stickers I mounted them onto card so I could glue with some dimension This card is for the following challenges: Secret Crafter - With Love Speedy Cats - Hearts Sketch Saturday - The sketch I have followed Thanks for looking x Nicky x
