 This card uses a digi image from LOTV I love this image and its pre-coloured so ideal for those quick cards I used some lilac card and a Tonic Die to cut the image and the die Then it was matted onto another piece of card Finally finished with the sentiment. This card was made using a cutting file from SVG Cuts I cut it all out on my Brother Scan N Cut I love the fact that with this machine I can but a number of different bits of card and different colours at the same time. I made this card for my hubby birthday  The image is from Charmed Crafts I have coloured her using my Spectrum Noir Tri markers The bits of pink behind are little snippets left over from another card Lucky for me the paper was double sided  so I flipped the middle one to the darker side Inside the card is says tough you got a short legged, squinty eyed one I am only 5' 2" and hubby is 6' 2" He thought it was very funny This card is for the following challenges: Pixies Snippet Playground - use your snippets Through the Purple Haze - Anything Goes CAS on a Friday - Black.White and One Colour Crafty Catz - Anything Goes Thanks for looking

My sister asked me to do her a voucher for her step son and his family I have done all sorted but decided this time on something they could keep as well. I ordered some fairy lights attached to cork from ebay and my sister saved me one of her gin bottles. This one had orange bands in the glass so I used orange vinyl to match I used a SVG of the animals in a row and then used the Walt Font for the text. This was all done in the Brother Canvas software. This was then sent to my Scan and Cut and cut out. I have then weeded all the bits I did not want to transfer to the bottle out. Then using transfer paper I transferred the vinyl to the bottle. The cork lights I brought were to small for this bottle and fell straight in!! So I used the original cork cut off the bit that went in the bottle and glued the cork lights to it. Problem solved lol Finally I did the words of the voucher onto a tag and tied it around the bottle neck with orange ribbon. This is f...

These where the cards I batch made for Christmas  but never got round to blogging. There are a cutting file from Lori Whitlocks shop I cut all the bits out leaving very little waste I found a paper cutter called a Zutter Dreamkuts in a charity shop and its brilliant for cutting card in half quickly and accurately. For this card my friend gave me the quote and  asked me to make a card to go with it! As it was from twin boys I decided to use a digi stamp  from Mo's Digital Pencil . I flipped one image so it was facing the other way. Coloured them with my Chameleon Pens. Then matted it onto some dotted card. This card uses a lovely Kanban topper. I mounted it onto some snippets of blue and grey card. I then used the remaining bits to cut into triangles  to create the pattern at the bottom. Finally I used the Foil Quill on my scan and cut to do the sentiment. This was again matted and fixed to the card. This card uses another wonderful image from Bugaboo . I coloured him using my Chameleon pens. The ovals and the paw were cut using dies on my Todo. The paper I picked up at a craft show a few years ago. I printed the sentiment in word and matted it. Firstly a BIG thank you for everyone that sponsored my daughter and me in our  Walking home for Christmas Challenge We walked 23.5 miles home from work on Thursday and did it in 8hrs 21min So far we have raised £930 for the Walking with the Wounded and Help for Heroes ,  there is still time to donate if you wanted HERE As I have now given out all my Christmas cards I thought I would share with you the ones I made this year, about 65 in total. For my bulk cards I like to go with a simple design that I can make quite quickly. This year I decided to use some lovely pre-coloured images from Bugaboo I printed them all out and then cut them into squares, whilst they were printing I also cut some red glitter card in some slightly larger squares. I used my printer to put the pre-scored square cards through to print the verse inside and the sentiment on the outside Then it was simply a  case of sticking them all together, writing them and ...
