WOYWW - 95 - Can You See My New Toy??

 Its Wednesday and that means its time for
'Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesday'
If you have missed this pop over to Julia's Blog Stamping Ground and join in the fun
But be warned its is addictive!
 On my desk this week its is even tidy by my standards
There is an A-Z of London that my friend picked me up for 1p
I have torn a page out to go on a card I am making
As normal my challenge book is at the side with the challenge I want to do
and on the other side of the desk is this...
 Did you spot it?
It an ATG gun - its all the fault of you WOYWWer's
But I must say I love it
I used to use tear tape from my local craft shop but they stopped getting it
so my DH thought as one of these was on my wish list I should get one
I did not need any more encouragement
Before I used it I watch  u tube and have had no problems at all
Used it all weekend and it really speeded up my card making
did I say I love it
This is why my desk is so clear
My DH works nights and as I work days we have little time together
So often before he goes to work I will print out some image
take my promarker box and sit on the sofa with him
and watch some mindless TV - then I go to my desk once his gone to work
I have just brought my last 5 promarkers so I now have the whole collection
Its taken time but its nice to have them all

Looks like a major handful but sounds speedy - enjoy it. Very romantic gesture for DH...shame by hubby doesn't do shifts as I always up at silly hours!

Have the gun too but must say I am disappointed the tape does not stick really well at all, and have to use other glue as well as tape not sure if I have dud roll but great gun otherwise I love it .. and every Promarker awesome.. jealous moi?... not much!

oho I'm so Jealous, I don't think I'll ever have all the promakers, some run out so I have to get more of the same. Is your pastel blue suddenly darker?? mine is... boo! I'd love a glue tape gun, but they are pricey and think ofthe promarkers I could buy instead!

Yay, isn't that pink ATG gun just great! My Oh bought me one at Christmas (with some hinting natch) and I love it! Shaz in Oz mentioned the glue not sticking. I've kinda sussed that might be if she's loaded it and not got the tape nice and taut round the rollers. AND you have EVERY Pro Marker?!?! Sheesh!! Di x

Look at you, new ATC gun the full set of promarkers now! Lucky girl!
I do the same in the evenings I bring in images to cut out or punch. I don't mind being on my own in my craft room but the rest of the family moan a bit. when I do come through however, I end up sitting on the floor as no one wants to give up their seat for Mum!!

Aaaah, once you have moved from tape to the ATG you will never regret it!! Now you just need to make a stand for it as they are much easier to use from an upright position!! Annette #11

I am really jealous of all your promarkers - I only have 8. Don't you feel sorry for me? Never mind, I have loads of other things I love for colouring in, so I will wait for my collection (probably for ever, as my wish list is a long one). Hope you enjoy playing with your new toy.

I think they are terrific and you will so enjoy it. Great idea of spending time with DH and doing something fun. I don't watch much TV, but if I have something else to keep me occupied then he feels like I'm spending some good time with him...and both of us are happy. Great idea!! Thanks!

I have almost collected the whole set of promarkers, its taken time for me also but a few here and there are certainly better on the purse lol. Oh i so have been thinging about getting the tape gun, it seems to be on most desks so it must be good. Loving your atlas for a pound cant wait to see what you do with it.

Congrats on the ATG! It took a bit of getting used to at first because it is so big but wow it sure is easy to use! And yay on having all the ProMarkers! Nifty case you have for them too!

Hi Nicky, as usual a pleasure to snoop round your desk. Love the new gun - not got one myself - maybe some day. And congratulations on finally having the complete collection of Promarkers - working on collecting them all too but a few more to go yet. Sorry not a card but I have been working on this, hopefully some cards soon. Anyone who know me knows I am a very organised crafter My promarkers have been driving me mad as they were in a number of different containers and I never seem to pick up the right container, so I decided I needed to sort it This is a CD storage box from Tescos it comes with 100 sleeves to put CD in You can find it HERE  but there are many others out there Being sad I had some Pro markers in my handbag so was able to try them in the shop for size! Each sleeve holds seven promakers and each section comfortable hold 10 sleeves or eleven with a little bit of a squeeze As I said I like things very organised or as my DH says OCD! Promarker Storage Update

As some of you know I tend to be a little bit of an OCD crafter - I like everything to have a place and when I have finished using it that is where it goes. Now when I first started collecting Promarkers I used a travel CD case to transport them and it has worked really well you can see the original  HERE . I then also started to collect some flexi markers and the promarkers brought out some limited edition promarkers so I decided I needed them!        This meant my storage box was no longer large enough so I started to look at ways to improve it I brought a slightly larger box from E-Bay then set to improving the insides I realised if I made some boxes for the pens I could store more in a row, than using the CD sleeves. So using an A4 piece of paper I scored out a box with two dividers so the pens do not fall over (I did warn you I was OCD)  This is the A4 piece of card with the score lines dotted and the solid lines are...
