WOYWW - A Mess

Well its another Wednesday so that means its time to pop over to the Queen of the Desks and have hope around the globe seeing what every one has been up to.  Unfortunately my desk is just as I left it Sunday evening, after a great afternoon of crafting.  Work has been so busy that by the time I get home, done all the boring stuff the evening is nearly gone.  Never mind I can hear the next weekend calling!  My desk has the wedding invite my sister has decided to go with although she wants the image that is under the corner scissors.  You can see that I have started to organise my cutting files by printing them off so I can see what I have easily, the new flex markers are still waiting for me to order another CD case so I can sort them the same as my pro markers. The packs of 6x6 core-dinations are in the middle of desk, I seem to use this on everything at the moment. Finally my note book that I write all my challenges and projects people want me to do for them.  Do pop to Julia's as there are many talented crafters desk to see, they will inspire you, make you have a wish list, amaze you with talent, make you realize that you are not the only tidy/messy crafter, but best off its fun to visit like minded people.
The picture below is where Stanley sits while I am crafting, he has finally stopped standing next to me and moving everything on my desk, having come from kennels everything is a new experience, which keeps things interesting

Stanley looking very cool there. My dog sometimes sits on my knee at the computer -don't think Stanley will be doing that.
I bought one of those CD cases for my Promarkers - great idea and it looks smart as well.

nah, sorry that's not a mess, looks pretty organised to me. I know what you mean about the evening. I dont even try at the moment, the evening are soooo dark. good luck with the invites , you need to be organised for them don't you.

Your desk is quite neat. Love all the cards on display.

Is that a greyhound? My friend used to run a greyhound rescue group in Colorado. They are the BEST laid back dogs. Just love their personalities!

I think we all think our desks are messy . . . but if they were neat, it would probably mean we hadn't had any time to play. How cool that you are designing your sister's invitations!

Sorry not a card but I have been working on this, hopefully some cards soon. Anyone who know me knows I am a very organised crafter My promarkers have been driving me mad as they were in a number of different containers and I never seem to pick up the right container, so I decided I needed to sort it This is a CD storage box from Tescos it comes with 100 sleeves to put CD in You can find it HERE  but there are many others out there Being sad I had some Pro markers in my handbag so was able to try them in the shop for size! Promarker Storage Update

As some of you know I tend to be a little bit of an OCD crafter - I like everything to have a place and when I have finished using it that is where it goes. Now when I first started collecting Promarkers I used a travel CD case to transport them and it has worked really well you can see the original  HERE . I then also started to collect some flexi markers and the promarkers brought out some limited edition promarkers so I decided I needed them!        This meant my storage box was no longer large enough so I started to look at ways to improve it I brought a slightly larger box from E-Bay then set to improving the insides I realised if I made some boxes for the pens I could store more in a row, than using the CD sleeves.
