I have found a fix for blogger not letting me comment
It has taken me since Wednesday but
but if when you sign in you
untick
the keep me signed in box
it should work
Well it has for me hope this is some help to the other frustrated bloggers out there

I'm managing to comment again but had heard (read actually!!) about this one on another blog. Glad it works - so frustrating when Blogger goes pear shaped - happening a lot lately :(
