Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesday - WOYWW

Thought I would show just what an OCD crafter I am this week on WOYWW
If you don't have clue what I am on about pop over to the Queen Desks HERE and join in the fun
I ordered some embossing folders from Create and Craft and they all arrived today
Before I did any crafting they had to be tidied away ready to play

Here they all are away in the drawer
The picture below shows the drawer with my ebosser mats on top


Now tidy I can get down to some crafting
Here is the shot of my desk ready to play


This is a close up - I am making a Christening card for one of neighbours
whose Grandson is being Christened this weekend
Not sure why but I have really struggled with this one
In fact I have been trying to work it out for a couple of days.


At last I have an idea and yes it will involve at least one of the new embossing folders

Wow that's a lot if folders to me great pile and it's nice for everything to gave it's own place. I can't craft if too much is out on my desk. It distracts me I have a holder that gas all my started projects that I'm stumped on hugs Nikki 12

Happy WOYWW. Have fun with all the new folders...what a big stash of them you have. Very tidy desk too...I don't mean to have clutter on my desk but it just grows there as I work!

I find new stuff VERY inspiring! No doubt you've got the card done marvellously by now. Makes me smile to think you have to tidy them away before you play with your new folders..won't hey a;; end up out of the drawer anyway? And not to panic you - but what happens when the drawer is full?!!

Sorry not a card but I have been working on this, hopefully some cards soon. Anyone who know me knows I am a very organised crafter My promarkers have been driving me mad as they were in a number of different containers and I never seem to pick up the right container, so I decided I needed to sort it This is a CD storage box from Tescos it comes with 100 sleeves to put CD in You can find it HERE  but there are many others out there Being sad I had some Pro markers in my handbag so was able to try them in the shop for size! Each sleeve holds seven promakers and each section comfortable hold 10 sleeves or eleven with a little bit of a squeeze As I said I like things very organised or as my DH says OCD! Promarker Storage Update

As some of you know I tend to be a little bit of an OCD crafter - I like everything to have a place and when I have finished using it that is where it goes. Now when I first started collecting Promarkers I used a travel CD case to transport them and it has worked really well you can see the original  HERE . I then also started to collect some flexi markers and the promarkers brought out some limited edition promarkers so I decided I needed them!        This meant my storage box was no longer large enough so I started to look at ways to improve it I brought a slightly larger box from E-Bay then set to improving the insides I realised if I made some boxes for the pens I could store more in a row, than using the CD sleeves.
