 It Wednesday and that means it is time for
Whats On Your Workdesk Wednesday
If you have not joined into this nosey around the crafty world
pop over to the Queen of Desks - Julia and have a snoop
I have not played for a few weeks as had a loss of mojo
But I think I found it again why having a weekend away looking after my friends house
and sorting out my embellishments.
On my desk this week is a card I am working on for a friends birthday
The picture is him in his rally car
 I also had a trip to ikea last week and brought some more of the spice jars
These are four for £2.19 - I think that's a bargain
I have now sorted my drawer and have my embellishments all to hand
I do like everything to have a place lol
This is the finished card - hope he likes it

Ha, great card Nicky..they do cherish their cars! Your embellies look fab in the jars...but what if you get more in a different category? Agh..more jars, more drawers...it's a forever thing!

Super card and I also love those jars - IKEA is a no-go area for my OH so I go with a girlfriend now and then and we make a whole day of it :) Still drooling over your beautiful desk! Di xx

Great little storage jars, looks like that drawer was made for them! Can't believe the angle of that car!! Although I've seen crazy stuff like that at the race track I volunteer at, and on tarmac too!

I bought the same jars last week. I love them. I seem to sort and resort my embellishments all the time. I think I just enjoy touching and playing with them! okay, that sounds weird :)

Nice looking desk and the finished card is awesome I am sure he will love it. I really need an IKEA closer by. I have to drive 200 miles to get to one and I have seen those jars on a couple sites recently and I am thinking I may have a road trip in my future! Thanks for sharing. Vickie #52

Wow...you have been busy....I don't have an Ikea near me but that doesn't mean a road trip...been wanting to have a reason to get to one. Love your friends car and car. But yours is the BESTEST of cars (I made that word up)!

Sorry not a card but I have been working on this, hopefully some cards soon. Anyone who know me knows I am a very organised crafter My promarkers have been driving me mad as they were in a number of different containers and I never seem to pick up the right container, so I decided I needed to sort it This is a CD storage box from Tescos it comes with 100 sleeves to put CD in You can find it HERE  but there are many others out there Being sad I had some Pro markers in my handbag so was able to try them in the shop for size! Each sleeve holds seven promakers and each section comfortable hold 10 sleeves or eleven with a little bit of a squeeze As I said I like things very organised or as my DH says OCD! Promarker Storage Update

As some of you know I tend to be a little bit of an OCD crafter - I like everything to have a place and when I have finished using it that is where it goes. Now when I first started collecting Promarkers I used a travel CD case to transport them and it has worked really well you can see the original  HERE . I then also started to collect some flexi markers and the promarkers brought out some limited edition promarkers so I decided I needed them!        This meant my storage box was no longer large enough so I started to look at ways to improve it I brought a slightly larger box from E-Bay then set to improving the insides I realised if I made some boxes for the pens I could store more in a row, than using the CD sleeves.
