Half a Century

This card uses a digi image for Mo's Digital Pencil She is coloured using my promarkers The card base and letters I designed and cut using my MTC software and Ecraft The colours of the paper do not really show up but they are green polka dots I used faux stitching around the letter and the border of the image The sentiment I saw on a card on Dotty Jo's blog - Just A Dotty Pudding   and thought it was perfect for my friends half a century birthday Thanks Jo for the inspiration  Today would also have been my Dad's 70th Birthday So in his memory my mum, sisters, daughter and me  went down to Dunge where he worked and released a balloon and had some Wholenut Chocolate as that is what we brought him every year Still miss him even after nearly 6 years but know he with us in many ways Happy Birthday Dad This card is for the following challenges: Mo's Digital Pencil - Clean and Simple Cute Card Thursday - Blues and Greens I love...

Very Late WOYWW more like Friday!!

We have been very short staffed at work so things have been a bit hectic Today was the first chance I had to play Thought I would show that I can get in mess If you dont have clue what this is all about pop to the Queen of Desk HERE So you every say something that you then end up doubting yourself My friends who run Aristocats Cattery lost their sign in the storms In the New Year - I said if you get the base I will renew it for you Today I was given the base - I had already brought some sign vinyl of ebay Then used my Ecraft to cut all the words etc I had to make a stablizer mat 12" by 40" it was rather large I am quite pleased with the finished results Thanks for stopping by - I will try and be on time next week

WOYWW - Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesday

I have not joined in to  WOYWW  desk for a little while as life as been rather hectic. If you have never heard of this pop over to the Queen of Desks Julias blog  HERE  and join the nosey fun! But as its DH birthday today and we have another hospital appointment for him I have the day off So have spent until the early hours crafting so thought I would share my desk at different stages of play As you can see I am still a tidy crafter and a I finish each card I put away what I have used! Funny Easter Bunny

This card uses a digi image from Bugaboo I have cut three of the images and coloured them using my promarkers Then have then been matted onto a piece of plain card Then again onto the the green patterned card This has then been put on the spotty card  and the final mat is again a piece of  the plain card The ribbon is Anitas Sticky Ribbons The sentiment was done in word and the matted on the same card I rounded the end using my WRMK Enveloper The flowers where plain papermania ones that I coloured using my promarkers Finally finishing with the pearl gems This card is for the following challenges Simply Create - Easter or Bunnies Catch the Bug - Recipe At least 4 layers, Flowers and Ribbon Kaboodles Doodles Challenge - Spring is Coming Thanks for taking the time to look

Birthday Flowers

Had a surprise day off work today - should have been taking hubby to hospital but they let us know last night they had booked him in for the wrong clinic!
