This card uses a great stamp by Pink Ink
I stamped her using my spectrum noir ink pads
Then coloured her using my Chameleon Pens and Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend pens
I then used my Spellbinder circle dies and bigshot to cut the circle
for her to pop through
Finally finishing off with the sentiment

I love this stamp but it is very large. You've made a great card with it and I like how it looks like it's sticking it's head through the hole. I must remember this idea! thanks for joining us at Allsorts challenge.
