Inksmooching

This was a very new technique for me inksmooshing!
After a quick google I worked out you put ink on your mat.
Spritz it with a little water.
Then use a piece of plastic to move the ink onto the card.
My first attempt ended up as a brown mess and was put in the bin.
This was my second attempt and I am quite pleased with how it turned out.
I then mounted it onto a piece of purple card and onto a card blank.

Using Bits

Oh my goodness what a frustrating couple of weeks!
I will just say computer issues and leave it there I am sure you all understand lol.
Anyhow a card at last, I saw this idea on pininterest.
I used a scrap of white card and cut out the words on my Scan n Cut.
I then used another scrap of card to stick on lcm strips of card.
A perfect way to use up your snippets.
The striped crd was then stock directly onto the card base.
The Git was word was mounted on 3 D foam pads first.
I love the effect of this card.

Flower Power

This card uses an image from the Chameleon colour card pack.
I then simply cut the image in to strips
and mounted it onto a piece of card.
I then used an embossing folder on a similar bit of card.
I used a white snippet across behind the image.
 Then finished with a sentiment.
Quite a quick and simple card but I quite like it.

I have coloured her using my Chameleon pens.
The stars were cut using my Brother Scan and Cut
Sentiment was done in word and I matted them with the bits left over from cutting the stars.

Signs of Spring

This card uses a lovely image from Bugaboo.
It is coloured using my Chameleon pens and then matted onto a piece of green card.
I then used a scrap bit for the background.
I think this is the last piece from a pack I brought from QVC ages ago.
I had a couple of bits of the glittered floral paper left so used them at the edges.
I finished it again with a sentiment from a old scrap booking kit I had brought.

Old Timer

This card uses a lovely digi  image of an old Norton bike.
I have coloured it with my chameleon pens to give it a sepia look.
All the papers used on this card are from my snippet box.
The background paper which looks like a map is actually a piece of wallpaper.
As it was not quite big enough I cut it in half and put another snippets over the gap.
Finally I had a little it of vintage postcard paper left, so I cut it into little shapes to use on the corners.
The picture was mounted on to a bit of postcard paper then a piece of yellow.
