Daughters lst Wedding Anniversary

I cannot believe that its a year already since my daughter married
Her and Marcus are now happily settled in their own home
and shoving it with that cat and three lizards
for their anniversary card I have used a pre- coloured
I matted it onto a piece of orange card
and then again onto some silver card
I did the same with the sentiment
The base cardstock is some metallic embossed card
with the red is like gems, I brought it ages ago
but could not bring myself to useit as it's so nice!
But I decide my daughter and son- in-law
were a worthy reason to use it

Anniversary Card

My daughter asked me to make her a card for their first anniversary
I picked a pre- coloured image from Charmed Crafts
This was simply mounted onto red card and some scraps added at the back
Finished with 3 red heart brads and a sentiment
I thought this image goes great with the verse I put inside:
Marcus, on the long road trip we call life,
I'm glad you're riding next to me
even if I am shouting
"Look out! Look out!" half the time.

This make me laugh as my daughter is not best passenger

Wedding Shoes

These are my daughters wedding shoes
she brought them from converse
and designed then with have her new married name on them
However they were not quite special enough
so this is where I came in
I ordered some different sized swarovski crystals
Took some fine sandpaper and made the toes rough
Then using a little row of glue at a time
I slowly covered them to make them sparkle
They looked great when the toes just popped out from under her dress
She even took them on honeymoon and a year on from the wedding they are still being used.

Wedding Latterns

For my daughters wedding last year I decorated lanterns
I used these as the table decorations and also the table numbers
I used the same love heart tree we used on the invitations
Cut it out of purple vinyl with their names and the dates
This was place on two sides
On the other sides I put the numbers for the tables
Finally I finished the top with some curled ribbons
They are battery power so where safe to use around children.
We were also pleased we had them as we had a couple of short power cuts
whilst at the reception and they gave out a lovely light that the ate the cake by

Birthday Glasses

These are a couple of presents I made two of my friends at work
They are both very into their Disney stuff
I brought the cutting files from a store one Etsy
The used my bits of left over vinyl to cut the shapes
Finally I attached them to the wine glasses
The brother scan and cut is perfect for this sort of thing
as I was able to load the mat up with all the bits of odd shaped vinyl
in the different colours and scan the mat in
so I could then move the shapes to fit
