My Mum's Card

This card is the one I made for my mum this mothers day

I used a tatty teddy image and decoupaged the pots and flower

It is coloured using my promarkers

The papers are all bits from my off cuts box

I finished the card with the flowers and gems

This card uses another digi image from Bugaboo

It is coloured using my limited edition promarkers

After colouring I then triple heat embossed it

I mounted it onto some pale yellow card then onto blue card

This was then put onto some butterfly paper from my stash

Finally it was finished with a sentiment

Another Mothers Day Card

My sons friend wanted a card for his step mum for

 mothers day so this is what I came up with.

This card uses a great image from Bugaboo

I have coloured her using my promarkers

The image is then mounted onto some of the pink spotted paper and then mirror card

The papers are all off cuts from a Papermania pad

The card is finished with some lovely pearlized gems and a sentiment tag

The sentiment inside this card reads

There are three things needed to be a stepmum.

Love Patience and a large glass of wine at the end of every day!

Christmas Gifts

This is called being prepared

My daughter was given some smellies for her birthday and they came in a round container

As soon as I saw it, I knew it would be perfect for a Christmas Candle

I covered the container in Christmas paper I brought in the bargain bin at Hobbycraft

Cutting circles for the top and bottom using my spellbinder dies

I then made a matching tag

The candle was decorated using a rubber stamp I won and the 

sentiment was a stamp that came free with a magazine

I stamped them onto the tissue paper and coloured the image with my promarkers

I then used my heat gun to melt the tissue paper into a vanilla candle

Although it does not show on the photo I have also added some glitter

Well it Christmas!

Old Norton

This card uses a great image from Stitchy Bears

All I have done it added a little yellow with my promarkers

I then matted the card onto some grey card

Then used cream, grey and burgundy as my colours

The sentiment was a cut into a oval and then matted

I even made a matching envelope using my new WRMC Envelope board - love it

Finally it was finished with some faux stitching on the card and envelope

50th Wedding Anniversary

Sorry I have not posted much this week, just been one of those weeks

This card is for the in laws 50th wedding anniversary tomorrow

I have used my serif program on my computer and one of the digi kits to create the card

Once each page is as I wanted I printed in onto 4 A4 pages and then mounted it onto a piece of A3 cream card - to make a nice big card

I thought such an occasion deserved a large card

Stanley Dog

This card uses a digi image from the Digi Stamp Boutique

The little dog is called Stanley and as my dog is called Stanley I just had to buy him

I have coloured him with my promarkers

Cut the mats using my spellbinders dies and created some mats

I forgot I had printed one of the sentiments from the set so ending up sticking a different one on

What an idiot lol

Finally finished with a bow with a gem

This was actually and embellishment on some underwear but I didnt like it on the knickers

and thought it would look better on a card - it was taken off before I wore them!

This card uses a wonderful digi image from Mo's Digital Pencil

She is coloured using my promarkers

The card used is two tone orange on one side and peach on the other

I also inked the edges with my orange promarker to make it stand out

The piece with the circles was an off cut from a papermania 12x12 sheet

Flower and orange pearls finish the card
