No Challenges Just Fun with my Daughter

Below is some photos of bits me and my DD made this weekend

We had our first attempt at putting images on to candles

Then my daughter loves cutting out and putting together decoupage

So she took my sheets and cut and stuck and this is now my decoupage drawer!

 This is our first attempt at a candle with a House Mouse stamp on it

quite pleased with how it turned out

This is a card made for a friend who turned 60 yesterday

All decoupage I don't have the patience to sit and cut it all out but glad my daughter does



 This is a card I cut on my craft robo then used pre coloured digi images

 Front of second candle we did for my friends 60's to match her card

 Rear of candle

 Its my mums birthday today and she loves Mr Whippy ice cream

so after Jen had done all the decoupage I had to use this to make a card

Fix For Blogger Not Letting Me Comment

I have found a fix for blogger not letting me comment

It has taken me since Wednesday but

but if when you sign in you

untick

the keep me signed in box

it should work

Well it has for me hope this is some help to the other frustrated bloggers out there

Just wanted to apologise for not commenting on post

I am having problems with blogger

Although it lets me sign in to my own blog

It doesn't let me sign in to leave comments

So I am visiting and as soon as I work out a way to fix it

I will be back leaving comments

Getting very frustrated with it now as its been going on since Wednesday

WOYWW 103

Firstly I am so sorry that I did not get round to commenting

on anyones blog last week

I had one of the weeks were there was not enough hours to do everything

But things are looking better this week

as come Friday at 4.30pm I have a week and day off

So plan lots of crafting and visiting

I am sure you have all come hoping to see what was hiding under my desk

last week - but you are out of luck as I am still working on nearly done though

So I thought I would show you my new stamp storage

 I had some of these cases in my loft as we use them for filing

but you can also buy them from good stationary shops

 I have laminated A4 sheets with coloured pictures of the stamps

and on the reserve is a black white image so I can see if any stamps are missing

The case hold two sheets one on each side

I still need to organise and file and label

I am finding this much better than my old storage

as things were to squashed and I damaged a couple of my stamps

and in seven months time it will be Christmas Day!

WOYWW - 101

 Its time to nosey round the world thanks to the Queen of the Desk Snoops Julia 

 To join in the fun and see lots of wonderful desk visit

This week my desk is my dining room table
There is no sun because this is 12.30am as I have a day off taking family to Dr's and Dentists etc
so an excuse to stay up late and craft

 I am using my craftrobo to cut out some dividers
 (hence why I am in the conservatory)

for my card box I got from Ikea a few weeks ago

(I know I am a neat freak)

 I used my brother labeller to do the labels for the dividers

and also for the labels at the front of the boxes

The picture below is my now sorted computer cupboard

This lives in the hall under the stairs as I only use a laptop now

I added some extra shelves at the weekend

So my white card and coloured paper boxes can stack on top of each other

The on  the two new shelves one is for my Craftrobo the other is for stationary bits and bobs

You can see the new storage boxes looking all neat and tidy

The shelve above will eventually have some of the same boxes to house my

Stamp collection when I get some DVD cases to organise them in

Now I have taken up enough of your time

so pop over to Julias and nose at some more crafty desks

Sorry for the photo but this was the hardest card to get a good photo off

The tag is stamped and embossed with clear embossing powder

The stamp is one of the See D's love collection

This is a very simple card

I have used a sizzlets die for the wiggly Christmas Tree

Cut out of pearlized card

The background paper comes from DCVW Winter Pad

I then used a white gel pen to highlight the snowflakes

and finally added a little glitter

Little Princess!

Apart from her dress and shoes I printed her again onto a piece

of pink and white card stock then paper pieced these on

I did not have card to match

So I coloured some white card with my promarkers
