Sketch Saturday - Grow Old With Me

This sketch is from the Sketch Saturday Challenge Blog
This is a valentine card for my DH - we do not really do much for ourselves on valentines day as its also our daughters birthday - so instead of romance it will be a 16th birthday party!
The image is of 'Jack & Ginger' from Mo's Digital Pencil
They are coloured using my letraset tria markers
The sentiment was done in word and just printed out
All the papers were free with a magazine last year
Flowers from my stash
And before anyone says it no DH and me are not that old I just love this image. lol

Friday Sketchers Challenge 87

This lovely sketch comes from the Friday Sketchers and was designed by Jeanette
I have used one of my new House Mouse stamps this one is called
'Pop'-ular Fun
They are coloured using my letraset tria markers.
I then inked the edges and mounted it onto silver card.
The sentiment was done in the same ink I used to edge on my letterpress
and then again edged with ink and mounted onto silver card.
I do not have any border punches as I usually use the craft robo
but this time I used my Woodware Paper trimmer to cut the scallops,
then my crop-a-dile to punch the holes.
I mounted gloss blue behind the holes to make them stand out.
The papers all came from the local craft shop and the flower from my stash.

Simon Says - New Baby!

The challenge on the Simon Says Blog is

'New Baby'
For this card I used my craft robo to cut the template with the feet and sentiment
Glued it all together and stuck onto white card
The paper with the glitter swirls was left over from an old QVC Kanban kit
The ribbon was in my stash
Sorry about the picture but the silver card is reflecting my pink camera
and giving the card a pink tinge!

Three Challenges One Project!

I decided to make something different from a card this time!
These Roses and the Box have all been cut on my craft robo using a
wonderful template from the Paperthreads design website
All the petal etc have been cut individually and then shaped and stuck together
To finish of the inside I used a small red bow
The outside of the box has been simply decorated using some quote stickers
from Paper mania and the heart ribbon.
The box measures 11cm long x 4cm wide x 3cm high to give an idea of size
It was quite abit of work but very enjoyable to do
This covers the following challenges
My Time To Craft - Elegant Roses
Cute Card Thursday - Blooming Gorgeous
Do check out the challenge blogs there are some amazing cards on them
