I coloured them using my tria markers
The black paper is more from the wall paper sample from the local DIY store
I mounted the images onto red card then onto silver card
The red on the black paper is from some crape ribbon
The 40th I did in word and cut it and then mounted it onto red card

Dotties Challenge and My Time To Craft

We are talking images of people in denim, denim paper, pockets, flowers & embellishments, maybe use the colour denim blue - just have fun with it
Is done by Nicola and she wants to see......
Hand Made.................................................I want to see completely hand made cards, no bought backing papers or embelishments, the odd ribbon is fine though, but if you're gonna use backing papers I want you to have made it, if you use embelishments I want you to have made it,not just bought and stuck on and of course a Charmed Card and Crafts Download
The Jeans are Madison with Attituded coloured using my Tria Markers
The background paper was white card that I coloured using my ink pad
The flowers were cut out of off cuts of card then I scored the petals to fold then and inked the edges and inked the score line.
I have not put on a sentiment yet until I know whom I am using the card for.
Hope you like any comments always welcome

Sketch & Stash Challenge

On this card I used my new papers and image that came with a Kanban kit from QVC
Although it doesnt show on the picture I have raised the mount and then hung the ribbon with the sentiment on it
I was orginally going to make a square card but then I like the space at the bottom for the sentiment - hope this is still ok with the sketch
The ribbon and gems where in my stash.
Thanks for the Sketch

Friday Sketchers Challenge

The challenge on Friday Sketchers has been set by Heidi from Norway.
This is a large A4 card made for my sister to give to my hubby for his birthday
The A3 card was from the paper mill shop and I just folded to make the large card
The bike background paper came from Kanban and the red paper was in my stash.
The photo was taken of my hubby and me on the London and Brighton Old Bike Run this March
(I like this photo as you cannot see me in the sidecar!!)
The bike was made in 1913 and was my Grandad and my Dads and has now passed to us.
This was Steve first run on it and we made it to Brighton.
My sister brought the picture at the finish and
Steve knows nothing about it until this Thursday on his birthday lol.
Thanks for the Challenge

Colour Create Challenge

I was picked as the Guest Designer for this week on Colour Create and I just wanted to say Thank You

The colours this week are Duck Egg Blue and Rose and the optional extra challenge is to use stitching either real or faux.

I decided to make a little notepad this week.
I covered it in the Rose paper first which came from a pack from QVC
Then folded the blue paper to add effect.
I used my Tria markers to add the faux stitching
The image is a Penny Black clear stamp stamped onto white card
I chose to keep the dog black n white and just to use a gelly glaze pen to make his nose shine and my Tria markers on the rose
Again I faux stitched around the image, then mounted it on mira board
I used my bind it all to put it together
To finish I used I piece of stitched ribbon to make a bow

Hope you like it and thank you for having me on Colour Create

Do check out the blog to see some amazing DT cards
